As a professional organisation, we have five basic principles that are of up most importance.
These principles apply to the au-pair and the host family.

1.	The au-pair must respect the family’s house rules and belongings.
2.	The family must respect the belongings and the privacy of the au-pair.
3.	You will receive, if wanted, professional help from our agency at any time to ensure all conditions are met and arrangements are made to ensure all parties a pleasant experience.
4.	Any misbehaviour will end the contract and result in immediate dismissal.
5.	Any sexual activity between au-pair and host family members is forbidden and will terminate your contract immediately.

All our Rules and Regulations comply to either the au-pairs or host families. We do emphasize that both parties must have a clear and good understanding of these rules.
